To maintain hygiene standards in the beauty industry, used or unsealed items cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the fragrances in their original box and protective wrapping to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

Handover to Courier

Our authorized shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the parcel from your registered address at a convenient time.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the items are in sellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
